Inside the course, we break down the major pieces of a Company Officer promotional process, including interviews, role-play, tactical simulations, in-baskets, essay writing, résumé development, leadership, difficult conversations, decision-making, and officer-level scenarios. You’ll work through hundreds of practice questions, tactical scenarios, role-play situations, worksheets, frameworks, downloadable resources, and exercises designed to make you actually think through the problems you may face.

You’ll also get access to live monthly Zoom workshops and their recordings, along with the FSA Policy Lab, where you can upload your own department policies and turn them into customized practice quizzes.

And you have 24 months of access. Not 30 days.
