Front Seat Academy exists to help firefighters build confidence, communication, tactical thinking, and leadership long before test day arrives.

Every workshop enrollment includes access to monthly live Zoom workshops built specifically for firefighters preparing for promotion and leadership roles within the fire service.

These sessions are focused on real-world application through consistent sets and reps — building confidence in communication, tactical thinking, leadership presence, and decision-making under pressure. Each workshop is designed to sharpen the skills needed both on the fireground and in the promotional process
